Mage: Yes, Manipulates the color red. Can "tear" red from any medium and bend it to her will to use as a weapon, clothing, create illusions of herself, etc. The red of the object can be used to manipulate the object for use or reform (Turning a puddle of blood into a bed of spikes), or be extracted from the object (looking like red ink or some strange sort of threads to use as she pleases.)
This does not include blood still in the body, only if she can see it can it be manipulated until she opts to release it from her power. Blinding her doesn't necessarily mean it'll break her hold, but it could cause a disturbance and opening. (i.e. Bright lights.)
Mental ability?: Illusions. Tricking the mind to believe it is seeing one thing when it is actually seeing something/one else.
Description of character: Just looking upon Dante is a trick in of itself. She's never in the same exact place twice unless you keep a constant eye on her. Not that she's constantly moving, but the brain isn't able to register what your eyes see and it's confusion causes her to change places whenever you look away even if all she is doing is sitting next to you. She'd appear closer or further away sporadically within a given area. This leaves most people who deal with her to believe that she is consciously altering how people see her and that no one has actually seen her "true" face.
Those who have met Dante would say she's more or less just a young girl in a red kimono. When she feels threatened or is otherwise careless, the Kimono splits and shifts about her in flowing bands of red silk that keep her modest but fill the air immediately surrounding her like snakes waiting to strike, or just relaxing and kiting through the air as if she was submerged in water.
She is best described as a young girl of about 15, with shapely hips and always barefoot. her skin is pale as porcelain and hair like black silk that hangs all the way to the floor over her right eye. Her left eye is a beautiful shade of purple, while the eye that is hidden (the eye that she uses when her magic is invoked) is a suiting tint of crimson.
Dante loves to listen to stories, and has been known to "kidnap" or stalk those with a good tale to tell so that she can run back and tell Drexten about them. Her interest in the world around her is almost romantic and she believes Drexten can do no wrong.
Backstory: Dante wasn't born the daughter of Drexten but cares for her as if she were his own blood. Her powers manifested when she was much smaller and people noticed the girl never seemed to sit in the same place while playing. She'd seem to "teleport" around when running, or even simply moving around she'd "pop" here and there but appear to be in the same place somehow. She struck fear in the hearts of the children and was constantly picked on for being 'weird' until one day Drexten found her crying and alone and took her in under his wing. Teaching her how control her power, and if she really focuses on it, keep herself from "teleporting" around when someone is looking at her and Naming her "The Red" because of her strange abilities.
Because of this bond, Dante values Drexten above all others and looked up to him as a father though some would argue her attachment to him as being a little more serious.
Dante loves to follow around Drexten when he isn't around the Temple, and can often be found nearby when he isn't too busy with his duties. Those of Le`Feiya's following accept her as one of their sisters and is the only one who's known to make Drexten smile.
